Gun pack for the P400 & P39's by Col Gibbon.

To use this mod with existing skins simply extract all these files into a folder. You will then have several new folders, with the files inside. Just add the new 3D models, and .tes flies to yours. This will add wing guns and a propeller cannon to the plane. This 3dz model also has a centre hard point, so there should be no loadout problems. I've made this addition for both the P51b and Spit 2 slots.

The P39's were fitted with at least 3 different length propellor cannons, and these are included. To give you a guide here is a list of types fitted:

P400 Long Cannon with Wing guns, (Install F & P 3dz and Tra "L" flies)
P39C Short Cannon with no Wing guns, (Install P 3dz and Tra "S" flies)
P39D Long Cannon with Wing guns. (Install F & P 3dz and Tra "L" flies)
P39D-1 Medium Cannon with Wing guns, (Install F & P 3dz and Tra "M" flies)
P39D-2 Short Cannon with Wing guns, (Install F & P 3dz and Tra "S" flies)
P39F,J Medium Cannon with Wing guns, (Install F & P 3dz and Tra "M" flies)
P39K,L,M,N,Short Cannon with Wing guns. (Install F & P 3dz and Tra "S" flies)
P39Q Short Cannon with no Wing guns.	(Install P 3dz and Tra "S" flies)

Only the P39C's and Q's were not fitted with wing guns, so do not install the new "F" 3dz if your plane is one of these types.

If you notice a black line appear on the rear cockpit glass of any plane which uses the new "F" 3dz. This is only because my skins have a coloured frame line which is missing from the original 3dz.

This modification was made in TNT version only, but I've included PCX files.

There also is a Spit 2 flight file which is adjusted to show all the guns firing from the wings, nose, and propeller (long barrel), weapon drop, and smoke trail.

Warning!

This mod will only work with type 3 Mosi P39's, as the mirroring on the earlier skins is different.

Likewise this 3D mod cannot be used on my British, and Russian P400 skins for the same reason. Please use the other set of 3d models included for these two planes.

Thanks to, Harry M, -E, JPI, Cord Hartmann, Geo, and Mosi for the original model.

3D Modifications done by Wolfman, and Col.Gibbon.

Over and out!

Col. Gibbon.
